“This was purchased with intent to use it for yearly tree limb trimming, gutter cleaner, bulb replacements, etc. A big reason this was choosen was for it's 'foldability' and small storage space requirement. The floor is definitely sturdy and the sides are plenty safe; as long as the platform chain is fastened around the fork frame to ensure the platform doesn't come off the forks AND the front chains are secured. ONLY complaint I have is this is 2 out of 2 items I received from Titan with minor damage. There was a dent at one side where the fork safety chain attaches. My complaint is that it took weeks from my request for a partial refund - since it was comparible to 'scratch-n-dent' items, and only received part of what I requested (which I did agree to). Customer service should be as quick and nice to deal with as the sales department!”
