Each model has a 3 point hitch mounting system for easy installation and transportation. The 25" rotor is ideal for tractors up to 40HP. This heavy-du rotor is ideal for tractors up to 70HP. This heavy-duty shredder mulcher is equipped with reversible blades to reduce the need for replacements, integrated air vents to prevent overheating, and twig breaker paddles to tackle smaller branches, twigs, and leaves to prevent clogging.

“Just had a chance to set up and use my new Titan chipper chipping up brances of three 50 ft tall fir trees that broke off broke off in the recent windstorm. I set the gap between the blades and the ledger to 1 mm, mounted the chipper on my John Deer 2025R compact tractor (18 hp pto runming at 540 rpm). Chipped up fir limbs up to 2" inches in diameter ans also soldier berry bush limbs up to 2" in diameter. No jambs, no clogs. It worked flawlessly. A great addition to tools I use to maintain 4 ¾ acres of forested property. Makes great multch!”

“The chipper arrived 3 days early. It was sitting in an angle iron cage (which is not a bucket basket for my tractor) and wrapped in plastic. Putting it together was pretty simple by myself but would have been easier with two people if i could have waited. The instructions are available online but like i said Putting it together was faily straight forward. I did download the instructions to check over all the adjustments. Everything was within spec. I checked all the nuts and bolts, attached it to my tractor and got rid of three piles of branches in about an hour. The same piles would have taken me three or four hours with my old 8 hp chipper. There were no clogs or issues. I did find removing it from the tractor was easier with the chipper resting on a pallet. Im glad i bought”

“Good quality welding and paint , steel construction is durable and well designed. Discharge spout will come out of the latching grove and move around. I drilled a hole opposit the latch and dropped a 1/4 inch pin into the cutouts. The folding feed chute had bolts welded into the lower flange to secure to the frame. They didn't quite it into the frame. A bit of grinding corrected that problem. The PTO shaft splines had a bur at the latching pin cut out, Small bit of filing and it slid right on. Small proublems that are common on welded farm equipment. Operation is quit and vibration free. Put in your ear plugs when you start feeding limbs. My 25 hp Kubota loses 200 RPMs with a 4 inch limb feeding into chipper. I did shear the shear pen when a knotty top pulled itself in to fast. Use a soft bolt for replacement , it will save your tractor drive train and protect the chipper. Over all i am very satisfied with the chipper.”
