“The log splitter hooked right up to my John Deere compact tractor. The hoses came with quick release fittings which paired up with my rear hydraulic remotes. The splitter operates smoothly. In a couple hours I split a couple cords of wood. The one thing I don't like is when the valve handle is pushed up and the splitter returns to the top automatically, it doesn't shut the valve back in the neutral position, but stays in the upward position and strains the hydraulics. It looks like it wants to pop the valve back to neutral but it's too sticky to do that. I think it will likely loosen up the more I use it and will begin to function properly. Overall, a 5 star machine.”
