“Assembly was a bit of a challenge. A couple of bolts were not long enough and I had to supply my own. No assembly manual in box, had to look it up online. Unit seems solid and works for me.”

“took quite a bit to put this spreader, maybe 2 hours. the first time I ran this, I found that it spread miloganite VERY fast, so much so that I over fertalized the lawn. Thankfully it was saveable as it's milorg. It's sturdy, solid, and good. However, it's huge compared to the box store spreaders, as such it's better for a farm or larger property. Maybe I need to learn how to use it better, but so far it's way too much spread for my property..... Will keep trying it and if not will sell it, and get something more consumer oriented.”

“Missed the entire season this was needed for due to box of junk being shipped to me on first order. Second seems to have all parts but yet again parts are sticking out of packaging and instructions are impossible to follow.”

“It’s been almost a month of back and forth emails all because you sent me used and in usable parts. Now that I’ve spread 2 acres with my old Scott’s spreader. You guys suck!”

“I’m in the camp of better instruction please! But after I got it together, it seems like I will enjoy using it. The pack of bolts and fasteners was open when it came, but luckily only one nut was missing. Quick trip to hardware store fixed that.”

“The screws were inserted crooked in the "transmission unit." This caused gaps in the product as they could not meet together because of poor workmanship. Also, we had to go through great measures to return the spreader and it has been over 10 days since they received it in their warehouse and after 2 calls, still no refund. The refund was approved 10 days ago and they said they are working on it. You have your product back as you asked and my refund should be issued.”
