This product does just what it's supposed to - properly installed, you get the functionality of a pulldown/low row machine, as well as other exercises, without markedly expanding the footprint of your squat rack. In some ways, it's superior to some of the more expensive options, because the pulley action is direct and you are actually lifting the weight you think you are, as opposed to some machines that add leverage. On the downside . . . . It would have been fairly easy to make the load-bearing arm over the weight stack just a little longer, so that 45lb plates and even 35lb plates didn't bang on the side support. . . . . It would have also been fairly easy to design the pulley on the other side so that it didn't terminate inside the rack (making vertical pulldowns pretty difficult, because a normal sized pulldown bar will hit the uprights) or necessitate installing it in reverse, which means there is no clevis above the pulley to catch the cable when you finish the set. . . . . Also, the second cable for the low row probably should have been a little shorter. As it is, despite being average height (5'10-5'11") I have to position myself pretty far back from the rack to get full extension. Still a very worthwhile purchase.

I bought this setup in order to do all my pulley based workouts I was after. It gives you a high pulley, and a low pulley, which is great, but there’s a handful of caveats I didn’t realize prior to purchasing. First – The system puts the weights inside the rack. This means that you’ve got pulleys directly overhead inside the rack (if you’re doing any overhead work you just have to be aware it’s there). It doesn’t stick down any lower than the frame of the rack, but it does mean it can be in the way if you wanted to do pullups from inside the rack instead of outside it facing it. Second – The low pulley faces outside the side of the rack. Again, if you look at the pictures you’d piece that together, and it’s not a problem if your rack is on level floor. Mine however is bolted down to a platform which means there’s not much room on the side of the rack before I’m unlevel. I may end up expanding my platform to one side to account for this, but currently my setup is such that I have room out the front of the rack, and can’t use with that orientation. Just something to be aware of. I love the idea of this setup. The one thing I think that would be really slick is a swivel on the low pulley, as I seem to have some issues with tracking periodically, but again, that’s a wish. Overall, I think it’s a great solution if you need some cable options.

I have been contemplating getting this pulley system fir my 24 deep T3 rack. I have a nautilus commercial lat pull down and low row combo machine that is belt driven. It’s a great machine but using the low pulley fir anything other than rows is not smooth. So I thought I would get this pulley system for my rack to add some accessory mvts. I odered it on a Friday and received it on Sunday ( 2 days ). Quality is excellent. Pulleys are smooth. I see no need to use silicon spray on the bearings. Pieces appear to be well made. I think the housing for the pulley could have a bar to help maintain the cable in the pulley groove but that’s about it. Highly recommend.

This works well for most of my cable needs. It saves on space over a large cable system and worth the investment. The only improvement I recommend Titan make, is to Lengthen the top arm to center it more in the rack. Sometimes the weight sways and hits the rack.

This works great for the short Titan T3. I have had it for about a year and it works very well.

If you're looking for an upper and lower pulley system, but don't want to shell out hundreds of $$, this the piece of equipment for you! Pros: Price Smooth pull, no drag whatsoever! fits 45lb plates no problem (at least mine) Stupid simple to assemble Cons: Need to buy separate loading pin (but that's told to you upfront) Powder coating wasn't the best...some places were rubbed raw Very versatile and easy to move out of the way when you need to use the inside of the rack. Great purchase
