This pro-style lateral exercise bar features a high-quality steel construction with shiny chrome finish, knurled grip surfaces on the bar, and a revolving hanger in the middle for more versatility in movements. The D-shaped handles are comfortable, provide ample hand space, and also have a knurled surface. Hook in the middle of the bar fits most lateral bar connections.

“Been looking for an accessory like this for quite a while. I am loving it!!! Not just for lat pull downs but for tricep push downs and low rows as well. Has good grip, good weight, solid, durable. I would highly recommend this to anyone as an addition to their home gym.”

“I ordered this bar for some variety vs regular grips (using the stock bar for Titan plate-loaded lat pulldown). The larger diameter grip, and something about the exact angle of the grips, feel amazing - just super smooth and very natural-feeling movement. The bar is also very solid and well-made, and the price is fantastic. Highly recommended.”
