This pro-style lateral exercise bar features a high-quality steel construction with shiny chrome finish, knurled grip surfaces on the bar, and a revolving hanger in the middle for more versatility in movements. The D-shaped handles are comfortable, provide ample hand space, and also have a knurled surface. Hook in the middle of the bar fits most lateral bar connections.

“This bar arrived in great shape. It had a light coat of oil to protect it during shipping so I wiped it down and went to work. It's shockingly well built for the price. Definitely worth the investment.”

“I have purchased several other of Titan's chrome machine accessories that were smaller yet close to the same price, so it seemed hard to believe that this lat bar could be of equal quality yet sell for this price. I took a leap of faith based on other peoples' reviews about the quality of the bar and I'm really glad I did. It is well-built, comfortable, and I like the knurled rubber grips (which you can slide to your preferred position).”
