“I love everything about this bar. It was made very good, the welds are great & the grips are great. I use this for lat pulldowns and believe it or not for a biceps curl & triceps pulldown attachment! I really recommend this bar”

“This grip is my favorite and this bar was just like any other gym one I have used. The only downside is the plastic which is hard to strap into. But It appears to not turn or warp from strapping in so I have no complaints based on the great price. It was packaged very well too compared to the tricep rope I bought. They are only getting better!”

“Like the title says great bar but falls short in length. The length between the two handle centers is 25" measured the entire bar along the curves no were near 34". Great bar but not for wide grip.”
