“This rope is great. Have not used one in awhile and felt short. Set up pressdowns and then facepulls. MONEY! And the fact I did not have to drive to the sporting goods store or pay shipping (and I used my reward points)made this a no brainer”

“I ordered this tricep pull down for a use other than a machine. I hang it over the top bar of my squat rack so that I can hang from it and practice grip strength, and knee ups for rope climb in Spartan races. Having a rope to practice climbing indoors not effective. This gave me perfect alternate use. The metal piece in the middle is moveable to not interfere with being draped over the bar. Price is unbeatable. The rope and handles are of very high quality.”
