“The bench was not level when I received it. I added a washer to one of the feet to fix the issue. Otherwise the bench is good.”

“Man, I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, Titan Fitness doesn’t stand behind their own products.My bench has a bad wobble. Upon inspection the brackets that connect into the legs are not level. This bench is unsafe and useless. Warranty is a waste of time. They stated they do not have parts for it anymore. Just bought this at the beginning of September 2023. Wish I could put photos up of how bad the seating brackets are off. Photos attached. They offered a 10% refund for my useless bench. $13.80.”

“The bench is wobbly and unstable due to uneven metal leg. Even though I have been contacting the product services many times they still have not fixed or replace the product for me. The customer/product service is not good at all. If your product has any issue good luck with getting any support..”

“Solid bench & it's light weight, pad could be a little softer.”

“Assembles easily, moves easily, is solid and comfortable. My only quibble is that the packaging had a small quantity of what seemed like loose sand inside that wound up on my floors. So open it up outdoors I guess. The foam is a good density, the cover is a decent thickness, the hardware is solid. This bench is worth the price.”
