If you are looking for a flat bench get this. I've owned 12 benches and this is fantastic for the price.

Ordered this bench to add to a basement gym in my house. Received it very quickly from their warehouse even with a Hurricane coming in. Assembly is pretty easy. I would suggest putting the bolts holding the bench pad to the supports in first to open up the fabric more. Otherwise it is pretty difficult to get the bolts to start once you put them through the support bar. Other than that, it's self explanatory. Wheels seem to be of good quality and the bench is comfortable to workout on.

Just got it together and tested it out once so the durability is unknown but it was rock solid only went up to 245 but I have no doubt that this bench will hold up to when I go heavy on it. Very affordable and a quality bench.

The bench is good. It's better than most garbage you'll find in a big box store, but it's not as good as what you could get from Rogue. What it is, is a good quality bench for a low price, which is sort of Titan's niche. Which I'm all for. That said, Rep Fitness' benches are better than this and not much more expensive (though you'll have to pay for shipping with them as well). Normally, on the price/quality continuum, I'm a Titan fan. They provide good quality for great price. But benches are where they probably are getting outclassed a bit on the value front by Rep. Back to the review: good bench, easy to maneuver but still feels solid. Put 315 on the bar and did a heavy (for me) single, and it didn't budge or flex. That said, the packaging left indentations in the pad that haven't smoothed out over time. Not a deal breaker, but a little annoying.

The bench is great for traditional flat bench exercises but when I leap on it for dips it doesn’t feel sturdy
