“Very solid / sturdy. I wanted a flat bench to go with my 1000lb rated incline bench from rep fitness. Didn't want to pay a lot. This bench is perfect and built like a tank. Simple to assemble, all parts included. The pad is firm just like I prefer. 100% recommend.”

“This is my 12th product from Titan Fitness, and always Great product for a great and fair price! My girlfriend was able to assemble the bench by herself and we used it the other day, solid and very sturdy. I love all of the products I've purchased from this company and will continue to stack my home gym with Titan Fitness products! Just wish they wouldn't always have so many items out of stock. “Titan Fitness has become my go to company for quality gym/strongman equipment at very affordable pricing. But this bench is amazing, I love it. In my personal gym I have three benches: Nautilus Adjustable, Gold's Gym Platinum Adjustable and Titan Fitness flat bench. I still use the Nautilus and Gold's with my smith machines and for decline and incline ancillary work only. The Titan bench is the only one I use for serious work. At 5'7" tall most other benches feel like a balancing act and I have had to build platforms so that I can get leg drive on benching workouts. Even then it always felt sketchy. This bench is perfect height to get a lot of leg drive push during bench pressing workouts! It's a durable bench and was easy to put together. Took about 10 minutes including un-boxing it.”

“The bench has no wobble what so ever. Feels like it can handle 1,000lbs. Very simple to put together. Make sure you put the pad on right to save time. Haha! I did not. Even the hardware is heavy duty. Bolts and nuts look like the same they use for the power racks”

“I purchased this bench about 4 months ago for a bench to handle heavy loads. I have used this bench for bench workouts 3-4 times a week since and have loved it. Titan nailed this one. I have used Rogue products and EliteFTS products and 100% prefer this bench over them and for half the price of those brands. 10/10”

“I took off one star because the padding of the bench but otherwise an absolute great bench for the money. The bench frame is first class. Very solid and very easy to assemble. Literally 4 bolts puts the frame together, took about 2 minutes. The rubber feet do help stabilize it and it lies flat and does not wobble as I have read about this bench from other reviews on Amazon. The package of bolts were open inside the box but nothing was missing so that was a non issue to me. The box itself was in relatively good shape upon arrival. As far as the pad goes it is very hard. I planned on using a homemade Fat Pad with this bench anyways so to me I didn't care as much but it could be an issue if you kept it. The wheels roll really well and the handle is a good feature. Easily well worth the $119 price tag.”
