“If you want a simple home gym flat bench, I can recommend this one here. It is spec-ed to carry 800 lbs, which is far more weight that I will be using. I find it comforting to have such a high number, as the last thing you want is the bench breaking from under you. I will note that you might not like the feet, as they could get in the way of your own feet while benching. I don't mind it, but that is something to think about. The wheels, combined with its light weight, make it really easy to move around/store.”
