Just slide the tube over the end of your weight plate sleeve, add desired weights, and tighten with a barbell collar. “This landmine handle is well-built and can handle four plates easily, probably more. The problem with 45-lb plates is that they're so large you can hit yourself; these handles provide enough space that you can lift and not hit yourself.”

“I got one of these with my squat rack I purchased from another company, first set of heavy landmines and it basically folded. Bought this as a replacement and man, it’s amazing. Super solid and shows zero signs of giving out. Must have for your home gym!”
