First off this thing is awesome, truly for the price you just can not beat it. I would highly recommend it if you are starting to build a home gym. The versatility of it is priceless. Now to the real world ... I have had this for over a year now and here are the things that I have noticed.... IF you are going to use this for only a rack to squat or bench get the tall. I'm 5.9 and just barely fit under the short for a squat, my hair actually hits the top support lol. I really wish the pegs for the weights on the bottom were removable (at least one side) , I cant tell you how many time I've hit my shins on the weight posts:serious_face_with_symbols_covering_mouth:. If these were removable this would be the perfect piece of gym equipment. If you are not going to move it out of a garage and use it more for a squat stand, I would definitely go with the tall. PEACE and GAINS!

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I use this for all kinds of things; yoke carries, zercher carries, overhead walks, sandbag over bar. Easy to take apart and takes up very little space when stored. Can't be beat at $200 less than the Rogue version.

I have wanted the Rogue yoke since using one at a friend's gym. This yoke showed up in stock and I ordered it based on a review I saw on YouTube from garage gym reviews and I am very happy I did. This yoke is just as well built as the Rogue one and at least $250 less than the Rogue. I highly recommend this yoke if you are looking for one.

I used this in competition. It is solid! I only carried up to 650 on it. But the heaviest someone carried on it was 950LBS!!! WELL above the advertised weight capacity. Not to mention that was just one carry. This competition had 200 plus competitors carrying weights ranging from 400-950LBS and these Yokes held up like rocks!

Right off the bat, this is the most used product in the gym because I use it primarily as a squat stand. The yoke tends to wobble, and the end caps are garbage. Despite these minor mistakes, I would 100% recommend it.

Great Yoke. Easy to assemble. Plastic inserts that keep everything tight will not stay in and eventually broke. The end caps also came out of uprights and the weight racks. Now there is a little wobble but I am sure Titan would send some replacements if asked. Overall not a huge deal but I am very please with the Yoke. I will be ordering the 12" Log Next.

Pretty much identical to rogue yoke. Works great for presents and squats when using the spotter arms. Highly recommend
