This is what i like to call simple stupid. You'd be foolish not to buy. Great price and quality construction. You can use it as a Viking press with the bar horizontal or go more vertical with the base at the floor and it's the best upper chest workout you can get. Like an incline press on PED's. Free shipping as well. can't beat it.

I like to do overhead with my landmine set up and this offers the option to go heavy overhead without any fear and it feels more natural. I have small lady hands and the bars feel like a fat grip/axle bar, but it's actually quiet comfortable. I've also used this for explosive OLY style movements and RDLs and squats. It's a little unwieldy when loaded but you can easily use a bench to get it off the floor. Even my 13 year old enjoyed checking it out plus it impresses non-lifters with its name and size.

Works for a lot of stuff and overall not bad but here are the improvements that would make this thing an unbeatable piece of equipment in my mind: Wider gap in center by a few inches Handles extend further out to give wider grip options Locking bolt has some sort of protective piece where it contacts your barbell so you're not destroying the barbell sleeve with gouges and small indents. A trash barbell is almost certainly required

Overall, pretty solid product at a great price. The portion that slides over the bar is pretty large, possible to accommodate an axle bar. There are a few debris in mine that rattle. However, functionally, this piece works great. There are many different movements that can be performed. For improved grip, I added medical tape around the main portion of the grips. If you are interested in a Viking handle and don’t want to spend $200, this is an obvious buy
