I’ve been doing single arm landmine press for years and have had a mixed experience with it, but this handle has made me fall in love with overhead press again. Feels great from every angle with no pain whatsoever. I’d highly recommend it.

Just starting with Landmine exercises. The Viking press is a winner. Tricep , shoulders get huge pumps. Squatting with it helps my legs get pumped after bar squat.
