“At a base price of $60, it is really hard to complain about this piece. So far I have had it at about 400 lbs for roughly 3 months and it has shown no signs of failing. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the glaring oversight on the horizontal hole spacing for mounting. only 2 of the 4 holes line up with studs. While I understand most of the weight is centered and handled by the center lag bolts, having 2 more bolts in studs would serve to better distribute the weight and allow the storage unit to handle a higher capacity. My solution was to just measure out 2 more holes and drill them myself. It doesn't look quite as good with 2 extra holes there, but it is a good bit more sturdy now.”
“This storage rack is nice! It was easy to install and came with all the parts. The first and 2nd rods aren't spaced as the other 2. but it still holds the weight I need. I love having the space in my garage as I also park a vehicle in the garage as well. Excellent!”
