The Glute Ham Glider is a great tool for training the entire posterior chain. Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

“So simple yet so effective! I originally purchased this strictly as a glute slider but have quickly realized I can use it for reverse lunges and plank style leg tucks for abdonimal work. I also like that I can tighten the wheels or loosen them to increase it's difficulty. I'm sure I'll eventually add bands but I'm ok for now. Great, simple piece of equipment.”

“The Glute Ham Glider is a simple, solid piece of equipment at a great price. Perfect for hamstring rollouts as well as use as an ab roller, with the benefit of being able to vary the grip. It is also very compact and easy to store out of the way. Next is trying to use it with bands! A great addition to my home gym.”
