The Glute Ham Glider is a great tool for training the entire posterior chain. Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

This thing is a great tool for any home gym or mobile trainer, it's easy to assemble and sturdy. Unlike most everything else fitness related these are not cumbersome and awkward to hold and they easily store in any space around the house/car. The only detraction I have for it after so many months of use is that they didn't cushion the groove where your feet go. I advise wearing a thicker toed shoe or breaking out your gorilla glue, yoga mat or old foam roller and getting crafty with how you fill in the negative space in the inverted wedge.

I got this to fill in bc I don’t have a hack squat. Add these as a superset with a sissy squat apparatus and your glutes and hams will be on FIRE! It targets those muscles that squats and seated curls just can’t hit. This the one piece of equipment that you never knew you needed!!

This long awaited little monster just arrived today and ruined me perfectly))) Seriously such a great all-in-one thing!!! I am working on building overall strength for the heavier workouts and this thing is perfect : hems, glutes, abs, arms. Definitely one of the best fitness investments I've made ( and was worth waiting all this covid rush) - so versatile and so tiny to store. And what's the best- at the fracture of the price of all those huge bulky machines that have limited usability and not suitable for the 120 sq.ft of space I can dedicate to my home gym. Titan you've got my heart!

Very easy to assemble; easy to use; simple to progressive overload (add band resistance or hold a light weight on your knees); very versatile and simple to store! Love it!

This glider is my least favorite thing but using it regularly has definitely resulted in increased glute/ hamstring strengthening and development. I always dread using it but love the results. It’s definitely a love / hate relationship!

This GHG was already a staple at my gym (Pre-Covid) so I had to order one for home. I use it for glute/ham and core workouts. Love how compact it is and easy to assemble!
