Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

“This thing kills the glutes. As a home gym goer I was struggling to find a way to target the glutes without buying a leg curl machine. This fits the bill nicely and can be used for so many other movements. Well worth the money. Thanks titan!”

“I saw an IG fitness athlete doing lateral lunges with this glider and I jumped the gun. The assembly is rather simple and the design allows for you to do abdominal work with band resistance. I didn't even think to use this for my hamstrings had it not been for the name. The glider could be better by staying in place as it deviates a bit, but it's very functional nonetheless.”
