The Glute Ham Glider is a great tool for training the entire posterior chain. Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

I assumed I wouldn't be able to do one rep of pushup-position-to-downward-dog sliding my toes up to my wrists; turns out I got bored after 10. So why not 50lbs short chains at the waist? Fell asleep after 5. What about 100lbs? By the time all the links clear the floor, my butt ~18' off the floor, further movement gets arrested, so 100lbs is something I can work through, and I got my $34 worth from this thing. Except today my legs will not respond to any command. I am in pain every second. I not only feel all four of my quads, I feel every fiber of them. I've never felt my hip flexors before, and they don't feel good. Even my glutes are whining, and they should have been locked out of this move. I did feel my abs the day after the unweighted 10 reps, and that's what I was shooting for, but if they hurt today they'll have to take a number. Buy this for just this one exercise: your eyelids will hurt the day after. If I had hair it would quit working today, too

This thing is awesome. So versatile, I found spacing to be just right. For the price it is hard to beat.

multifunctional piece of equipment. You can do ab roller work and glute ham work along with some other things. I agree with the other reviewer that the wheels could be bigger if possible. Also, if there is a version 2, make the wheel base longer, use larger diameter pipe and the middle "v" could be bigger along with bigger space between the middle and outer bars.

Well built and the wheels have bearings. I wish the wheels were a little bigger diameter as my fingers get caught up sometimes doing roll outs. I mostly use it for glute and hamstring work though so no big deal. For 40$ hard to beat.
