The Glute Ham Glider is a great tool for training the entire posterior chain. Simply insert your toes/heels into the v-shaped notch or grab the bars with your hands to perform hamstring curls, glute raises, glute bridges, standing lunges, abdominal roll-outs and much more! For an enhanced workout try adding bands to create resistance during exercises.

“It's just what I was looking for for home workouts to replace the leg curl machine. In case I can't make it to the gym in the future, because of my age, this will come in handy. Also good as an ab roller.”

“As the name suggests, this is great for glute/ham work. I was humbled by it on the first try. I also discovered that I find it easier to do ab roll-outs with this, as my worn-out/injury-prone shoulders are not put into as stressed a position. I have a smaller basement gym, and this was a great addition for the price and small footprint. Highly recommended.”

“Love this piece of equipment. It is a solid piece and very easy to put together. It is great for lying hamstring curls, but also works well for "pikes" to blast those lower abs. Nothing fancy, just functional and fun. Works as described and then some.”
