The added 15" of width and 4" of thickness give your back and shoulders additional support while performing bench presses. Added benefits of the Hefty Pad include the promotion of scapular movement, which eliminates AC tears, no longer needing to deal with shoulder hangover, optimizes back and upper body positioning, and increases mechanic leverages. The Hefty Pad features a plywood base that can be mounted to any Titan Fitness Flat Bench.

“I can’t believe that I waited so long to get this??!! My bench press has improved and it’s relieved much of my shoulder pain because I have better support for my back and shoulders. The quality is outstanding! Par for the course with Titan.”

“Was the wrong back pad but it was my fault I wanted a replacement for the adjustable titan bench my back pad total has fallen apart but I ordered the wrong one not your fault. For what it would cost to send it back versus what I paid not worth it to return it .”
