“This hefty pad work's amazing on the titan single post flat bench . This bench took away shoulder pain while performing a bench press . I really recommend this pad”

“The Hefty V2 pad does an almost perfect job of replicating Rogue’s Thompson Fat Pad. The dimensions are close to identical, it also has the non slip vinyl cover. I bought this pad for home use, the gym I go to has the Thompson fat pad. The main difference is the density of the foam. The Hefty v2 pad is the same thickness, but much firmer than the Fat Pad, I feel it needs a little more cushioning to be comfortable. Possibly it will break in some. I can’t speak yet on durability. I know the Thompson pad has been in the gym for near 10 years and is still in great shape, hopefully the hefty pad will prove as durable. The main draw was the price being about half that of the Fat Pad ( once delivery fees are added on).”

“I have a personal home gym around 20 people work out in. It has a Facebook page Thurman’s full throttle fitness. We have several Titan items in the gym but none has been as popular as the Hefty pad. Everyone loves this pad. It does take a little getting used to if you have never used this type of pad. It saves your shoulders and it seems to add little to your bench.”
