Read Titan Fitness Reviews

The Deadlift Platform offers a designated spot for the highest-level performance in reaching a new deadlift or snatch weight PR. Built as an 8' x 4' bolt-together 2" x 2" 11-gauge steel structure that gives a competitive feel that will protect your weight plates, floor, and dampens the sound of your lifting. The platform comes with a four pack of shock-absorbing rubber tiles, long band pegs, and a set of floor clips to secure the platform to the ground. Sharpen your strength and form with a designated area to test your muscle gains with the Deadlift Platform.
NOTE: If you intend to use the band pegs, Titan strongly recommends securing the frame to the ground to prevent the frame from bowing.

The equipment itself is great. The platform (both tiles and frame) were heavier than expected, but that's fine. However, the packaging for the frame was inadequate. They used basically a regular cardboard thickness with lots of tape, but with the space in the box, the movement of the heavy frame pieces damaged the box as it traveled. The first shipment was apparently destroyed by FedEx before it ever reached me. The replacement arrived, but the box was basically destroyed and I was lucky no pieces fell out. It needs either a much sturdier packing situation or to be split up into multiple shipments.

Missing screws. Some screws spin freely and never tighten. Black coating significantly scratched and looks used.

I purchase this piece of equipment and I can even put it together because it was missing two of the connectors on the end of the platform to connect the platform together…. Not happy at all …

Thus far it has performed as expected, I have hooked bands up to it yet. However, I did put blue loctite on the band bolts to prevent them from coming loose. You will need something to persuade the tiles to fit into the frame. I used a rubber mallet and it worked perfectly.

Great platform, especially for the price. Have not had any of the issues I've seen other reviewers talk about. The mats need to be worked into place, which is a good thing so that they're snug. Absorbs impact nicely and band pegs are solid up to average bands/~200lbs of tension. Beyond that the frame lifts a little bit. Overall is an awesome platform for the money.
