“Awful experience. Multiple paint finish issues. Missing multiple parts. It has taken 3 weeks for the missing items to be addressed. QC is terrible. I haven’t even used the machine yet because of the delays.”

“Equipment was very well made and sturdy. Assembly took about 4 hours. Packaging was good, shipped in one crate. It was delivered within 6 days after we placed the order. Functionality is good and cable feed is smooth. Very satisfied with purchase and would highly recommend.”

“Overall the his is a good product. The instructions were hard to follow and the dograms weren’t very clear. The top part where the top pulleys are appear to have bolts that are too small. I had the use a clamp to get the nuts and washers on and leaves the pulleys at a little bit of an angle and causes them to squeak when used. I would have given 5 stars of not for the pulley issue. I am still trying to figure out a way to have them roll smoother.”

“Fantastic machine every home/garage gym would greatly benifit from this . The instructions could be better and perhaps the hardware on a carded detailed thing. A video of assembly would realy be helpful.”
