T Bar Rowing Platform Reviews

4.5 Rating 63 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

Add this rowing platform to your home gym arsenal to create a fully functional T bar row station with only half the footprint. All you need to start performing upper body workouts with this platform is a standard barbell and a rack-mounted landmine. The elevated design allows you to perform rows at a deficit with an increased range of motion for bigger gains in your interior posterior chain, including your lats. Two spacious anti-slip footplates keep your feet at an angle more in line with the angle of your barbell during landmine rows and ensure proper form while working out. And it features a protective UHMW strip at the front center of the platform prevents your barbell from contacting the rowing platform’s steel components. This T row platform has a robust steel build and a stable base for wobble-free workouts with rubber feet to prevent your platform from slipping or sliding.

I ordered this as it was in stock. I received a drag sled. I contacted and they advised to send the sled back ( large box and repackaging all on me to handle and deal with) and was told the platform was now out of stock and no clue when or if I would get it …. Soooooo yeah not a good or even ok experience with titan.

Sure you can do landmine rows on the floor but this product makes it a much better experience. I’d echo all the positives that other reviewers have mentioned but I think the best feature is that it elevates the bar just enough to load plates on the bar without having to hold the bar up with one hand. For me the biggest pain with landmine exercises is loading the bar, and this solves it, so I’ll use this to prop up the bar and load it up for other landmine exercises as well, even if I’m not standing on the platform for the actual exercise.

Great addition to our basement gym. Our landmine exercises are so much more effective now and it fits nicely against any wall giving more room to small spaces like ours. The quality will last several lifetimes. If you currently workout using a landmine, get one. Worth the $.

T-bar with this elevated platform works my back better than any other back exercise. The platform is solid well built and has a footprint that always one to but it out of the way when not in use. I typically place against the wall with footpads against the wall. Using this platform allows a range of motion that landlines using the floor just doesn’t have. Well worth the cost for DOMS.

Shipped all scratched and dented. Poor quality materials. Foot grips are too narrow. Avoid and spend more money to get something that is quality.
