Add this rowing platform to your home gym arsenal to create a fully functional T bar row station with only half the footprint. All you need to start performing upper body workouts with this platform is a standard barbell and a rack-mounted landmine. The elevated design allows you to perform rows at a deficit with an increased range of motion for bigger gains in your interior posterior chain, including your lats. Two spacious anti-slip footplates keep your feet at an angle more in line with the angle of your barbell during landmine rows and ensure proper form while working out. And it features a protective UHMW strip at the front center of the platform prevents your barbell from contacting the rowing platform’s steel components. This T row platform has a robust steel build and a stable base for wobble-free workouts with rubber feet to prevent your platform from slipping or sliding.

“I purchased this at full price, brand new (not scratch and dent) and it came with multiple scratches and dents all over it. The foot plates are completely different from each other, they don’t match one another or the product description that I purchased. Bad quality from Titan and I’m disappointed in customer service who doesn’t see a problem”

“Titan top quality built for rugged use found as usual in this product but concerns about the slightly dipped foot platform rather than a neutral flat surface. Another consideration is the one size fits all foot distance of the foot platforms for those with a different width of stance. Lastly, a pad running the entire length of the capture bar where you rest the barbell should be considered”

“If you own a landmine, you owe it to yourself to purchase this product. It makes such a big difference in doing bent-over rows with this platform. Much better range of motion. The platform is easy to assemble, rock solid and should last a lifetime, maybe several lifetimes. The cost is quite reasonable for allowing your home gym landmine rows, to be more like that achieved in a commercial gym. I highly recommend this product.”
