48" Wall Mounted Multi Pull-Up Bar Reviews

4.3 Rating 53 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

The Wall Mounted Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar gives you unlimited grip choices to do pull-ups and chin-ups, allowing you to work more muscle groups than with a Standard Pull-Up Bar. The bars have slip-resistant powder-coated finish, so you won't need to wear gloves to maintain your grip. Perfect for attaching gym rings, resistance straps, and suspension-mounted strength trainers.
NOTE: Titan recommends mounting the Multi-Bar to the studs inside of the wall or over wood stringers to provide maximum support for your best workout.

For the price, there is nothing on the market close with the variety of grips. I personally wish the middle handle was neutral rather than slanted. Also wish the handles were a little thicker as well but this is me nit picking as it gets the job done. It is sturdy enough to use for me without stringers. I just bolted directly to studs behind drywall.

I LOVE this pull up bar. So much that I'm considering getting a second one, so I can have one in my garage and one in my room. Solidly built, about as "beautiful" as you can get w a pull up bar, Multi grip for a variety of pulls... It really is hard to find flaws with this, and I usually try to leave constructive criticism. Maybe add a spot where you can screw in an eyelet for mounting to the bar? Idk. That's very nit picky. Lol. A bit of advice for set up: I screwed a couple 2x4s in my wall, across several studs, then mounted the bar to that. Doing so, my weight is disbursed over more of the wall, so the stress of my 275 lb body isn't centered on a small area.

No instructions needed and a great sturdy product. Just purchase lag bolts from HW store. Great space saver since it extends out from the wall enough you still have floor space for storage. Multi grip locations are super beneficial when doing different types of pull ups.

Love this pull bar, great quality and the varying hand grips are amazing. Mounting it took about 3 hours longer than anticipated. Should have read the other reviews. Had to make 2 trips to Lowe's and spent about $50 in mounting hardware and boards because it can't be mounted directly to the studs. Poor engineering!!!

Really great home accessory to my commercial gym workouts. Multi grip allows better variety work than gym setup. With help I mounted the thing (in 3 pieces) with 4" lag screws into a pair of 2x6s each 5 feet long and firmly attached to wall structural material. It holds my 245 bod about 4 times weekly.

This is well built and a great value, but what a pain to install! Why didn't Titan just make the mounting holes 48" OC so it could be mounted directly to studs? Instead, it's off by 1" and I had to mount stringers 1st then mount the bar. It took too long, trip to hardware store, etc. Also, to the point of a previous commenter, the angle braces have odd holes and therefore you can only use the bottom hole to mount to the wall. No way to get a lag in the hole to mount to a stud/stringer. Now that it's up, it's a great tool, but it should be thought out a bit more.
