“Great pads. I use them in my garage gym and feel comfortable dropping weight from overhead and protecting my floor, my bumper plates, and it is quiet. I also use them to raise my bench up and can do ghd sit-ups and hip extensions without needing to purchase a big piece of equipment. They also work for some weighted step ups. I have found several uses for these and that always makes me happy.”

“These pads are big, heavy duty, solid, exactly what you'd want in a drop pad. I don't drop my weights from height, but I lift in a upstairs bedroom, so I was looking for quiet and saving the floors. Perfect”
