Great quality. The padding is very dense and better than I expected.

These things are great! Nice and dense so when I drop a heavy log on them there's no risk of crushing my toes. They seem very well made, and I've been abusing them pretty steadily for the past 12 weeks. They still look pretty much new, other than some chalk on them.

These things are fantastic. Very dense and keeps it's shape, yet still absorbs impact of a loaded barbell. Helps for someone like me who works out on a 3rd floor apartment.

Great product. High density foam definitely reduces the sound. Glad to have them, my daughter's room is next to garage and keeps it quiet if I drop weight while she sleeps.

These drop pads are definitely one of my best gym purchases ever- we have two sets... Quality seems good so far (a couple months in), and they work extremely well for what they're made for. Very quiet - and protective. We have Hi-Temp bumpers, and can now drop weight on a rubber-mat-covered, brittle 3/4" plywood subfloor that couldn't otherwise withstand even minor impact. Tested dropping 365# from front rack, and it was nearly silent, with zero bounce and barely any compression of the pads. Floor unscathed. The foam density is high enough that lighter weight will bounce a bit when dropping from front rack or overhead, but WAY less than dropping on typical rubber gym flooring. The bonus is, they're incredibly versatile, especially with two sets. You can stack for box step-ups and jumps (or just to sit on!), put two together lengthwise and use for sit-ups, etc., place under the sleeves when stripping/adding plates while benching or squatting with partner using different weight, add a "booster" step under a pull-up bar, deficit HSPUs with an Abmat... They're sturdy and solid, but not too heavy to move around easily with the strap handles. And a nice, bright red! Love 'em!!!
