“Use these for elevated deadlifts, Olympic lifts, as week as a platform for hip thrusts/elevated bridges. Also used for short height step ups and rear foot elevated split squats. The foam is nice and dense and is not showing any signs of wear even after a few months of use. Great for dampening noise while the baby sleeps which was the main reason we got these for our garage/home gym space.”
