“I have a home gym on the 2nd floor of my house and I have always set the weight down a little too slowly on deadlifts. I bought these during a flash sale and I am 100% satisfied. I can now set the weight down with authority when deadlifting. The pads are heavy and solid and absorb most of the shock from the eccentric part of the lift. I don't know how they would hold up in a commercial gym environment but I believe they will last in my home gym forever. These are worth the purchase.”

“These might not necessarily make you stronger, but they are a nice piece to the home gym experience. If you train strongman, you'll find yourself using this almost every session; whether it's for atlas stones, elevated deadlifts, logs, kegs, etc. Bottom line is your almost always dropping something in strongman. These silencer pads make your floors, equipment and neighbors happy.”

“Great price, solid addition to home gym. I live in an upstairs apartment and these pads definitely deaden the dropping of 85 lb. dumbbells on them. Love the handles on them too since they’re big pads. Also great for TRX and plyo exercises.”
