Overall, it’s a decent value. However, you get what you pay for and it will indeed flex and move when in use - especially when doing dips. If you are over 200 lbs and have $100 more, I’d recommend spending it on a nicer quality one.

I'd been looking for a hyper bench for some time, but balked at the $500+ price tags I'd seen on items from Rogue and others. The Titan Hyper bench is a solid piece, very stable, and gets the job done at a much better price point.

Having purchased this at a discount, the price is unbeatable! However, you do get what you pay for. The platform for your feet feels flimsy and the bolts to put the handles on were too short, so I couldn’t put them on. My biggest issue is that at 5’6”, I had to reverse the pads to make it barely ok for me to use. It’s uncomfortable due to lack of padding in this configuration, but when the pads are placed as they are meant to be, they came up to my belly button when the machine was in its lowest setting which made it impossible to use.

Here's my honest review. I'm not a paid reviewer. I'm just a guy with a little home gym. Good: • Painless easy assembly • Even though it may feel wobbly, once you're on it it's very solid (that's what she said) • Sleek design Bad: • Came with too many scratches on it for a new purchase • Pads very firm and can hurt hip flexors • Takes up more space than I expected At the end of the day, I'm happy it's in my arsenal but not sure I'd recommend it.

Very solid and well built, I use it everyday, my only complaint is that during shipping the pieces appear to have been hitting each other and scratching the paint.

Great product, heavy duty, stable with lots of adjustment room, the split leg pads are great for comfort for men.

Surprised how stable and well built for a reasonable price. It’s as durable as any back extension I’ve used in commercial gyms. Great addition to our home gym.
