I bought this when I was 218lbs. Didnt step on it to use until I got down to 185lbs. Not intentionally, just wanted to drop lbs before building muscle again(yes, that mindset). Anyway, even at 185lbs, the machine was bending - yes bending - at all sorts of points and not sturdy for me. The cushions squished down too easily and don't provide enough support, it hurt a bit on my hips during the side bends. The foot support bends backwards when my weight is on it, and even then it's not my full weight since some of my weight is on the cushions, so that was prrtty disappointing. I'm really concerned that after so long the metal will give, and break! I better hurry up and build up these obliques and burn this fat to lose more weight quick. I think this machine is built for a 120lb person - maybe not even that. Pretty disappointing, but maybe my expectations were just set too high for a $200 machine.

This item isn’t perfect, but it’s great for the value. I use them in a HS S&C setting and they are easy to move and don’t take up much space. Needs a taller heel plate and needs to be shorter at the shortest setting. Anyone under 5’4” or so might need to elevate their feet and have a partner hold their heels. Other than that, no complaints

for the price the machine does the trick. fairly easy to put together. it would have been nice to include cheap wrenches to put it together as i had to use crescent wrenches since i didn’t have the appropriate size ratchet set. i’m 5’9 200lbs and barely fit in it at the lowest setting. i wish the lip that holds your ankles was a bit larger. all in all a decent piece of equipment.

Even though this product has a good price, I can’t recommend it. It is poorly balanced, so when you are doing hyperextensions with even minimal weight, it wants to fall forward with you on it. Not a safe design. You can mitigate this design flaw by placing a dumbbell on the bar that connects the footplate, but in my humble opinion you shouldn’t have to.

Pretty solid piece of equipment. If you are a bigger person you’ll need to put some weight on the crossmember to keep it from tipping

Padding could be better, but I am 100% *not* complaining for price paid. Wonderful piece of equipment as always. Thank you.

This is definitely not for a short person. I am 6-1 and have it on one of the lowest settings. Also, not as sturdy as I had hoped as it rocks a bit when performing back extensions. I am 260 pounds and like to use a plate or kettlebell for this exercise, which really causes some rocking of the machine. Also, to use a plate or kettlebell, I had to remove the handles in order to perform the exercise with the additional weight. Overall, I still felt it was a decent value compared to the alternatives on the market and their pricing. I'm sure Titan will fine tune this product and release a better version but this one will get the job done for me in the interim.
