Perfect piece of equipment for my home gym. So glad that I got it. Keeps my lower back and core strong and pain free. Exactly what I needed all this time. Strong and sturdy. Well built for the price. Handles my body weight easily (6' 2" 250 lbs +) For the Value, I highly recommend. I definitely recommend Titan for the budget minded home gym enthusiast.

Exactly what I was looking for! I was looking for reasonable Hyperextension. I Read version one does not work for short people? I am only 5’7” and this version works great for me.

Been looking for a sturdy hyperextension back machine. Considered a Body Solid unit at $300 but found the Titan model. Previously purchased a few Titan pieces (landmine accessories) and had a positive experience with those. This unit did not disappoint. Super quick ship (FedEx) and delivery, especially in Covid times. Packaged well. Instructions were super easy. 25 minute assembly time with 2 sockets / wrench. The foot plate is probably bullet proof. I was apprehensive as a shorter dude (5' 5") reading the reviews but no issues with this unit, can leave the pin out. Hitting the back and obliques is effective. I always seek out hyperextension machines at any gym I've been to and this one compares to the best. I wanted a solid machine because a lot could go wrong if a weak unit fails while you are holding on to weights. No worries with this one. Really solid overall and comfortable pads. I've researched these... YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER UNIT AT THIS PRICE! COVID was the big driver but it makes sense to have a home gym... time is money and being able to go to the garage/basement/yard/work and get a good, efficient, effective workout is a life changer. The time spent getting to a gym, locker room battles, waiting for weights can be better spent working out EXTRA, multiple times a day or doing it and spending other time better ourselves. If I had more space, I'd have more Titan pieces. Best value for quality gear!

First off - I have to disagree with the reviews regarding the height issue. I'm 5'6" (F) and my husband is 5'11" - This is perfect for both of us, I have no issues using it at my height and same for my husband. It was quick to put together, I was able to put it together by myself in about 30 minutes or less. Everything lined up perfectly! I use this piece of equipment for my back and glute days - I can say, I def feel the burn in my glutes. I highly recommend this hyperextension bench!

The good: the bench itself is sturdy, plenty of room on the foot plate to do extensions and also turn sideways for oblique exercises. The pads are pretty nice and there is a space in between so if you are a male you don't have to squish your stuff like you do on the benches with one solid pad all the way across. It doesn't move when I do exercises and it feels very sturdy. It's been a great addition to the home gym. The bad: the bench arrived with numerous scuffs on the metal. I was very annoyed but after it putting it together the scratches are less noticeable than I thought so I'll live with it. The inside of the metal support bars were also full of rust. Doesn't affect the functionality of it and the bench will be kept indoors but worth noting nonetheless. Gave it 4 stars with the deduction coming from the condition I received it in but the bench itself is great and I would recommend it for someone looking for this type of bench.

The machine is very well built and it was easy to put together. It is also light enough to pick up and move around without any issue. A couple of pieces were scratched when I unwrapped them, which was unexpected, but it's not a big deal. I agree with other reviews that the machine is made for TALL people. I use the same type of machine at the gym without any issues, but with this machine I had to push the pad all the way down and leave the knob off since I was unable to use any pin setting. It barely worked for my height at 5'7", but then one foot slipped off the back as I was using it. To avoid this happening again, I used a thick band to secure my feet. I am not a short woman so this machine is really not meant for most women or shorter men. Titan really needs to improve this machine so that most people can use it.

Only took about 20 minutes to put together. Seems sturdy from the couple weeks we’ve been using it. The only area I have concern with is the torso pads. I’m not sure if they’re going to have the longevity as the rest of it. I’m 6’0” and my wife is 5’4” and we both use it no problems. Happy with our purchase.
