I hate leg day, so I was looking for something to spice it up outside of my barbell/DB workouts. Leg press was one of the things I missed most about Commercial gyms. At first I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger on this because I had never used a vertical press, and I had a hard time believing the quality could be good at this price point. I was wrong, this thing is amazing. I'm 2 leg workouts in and not looking back. I'm 6'3 and as some reviewers have said it does shake at the top of the motion a bit, but it doesn't bother me much. I get a great burn every time. A big bonus is the calf raises I use it for after my presses. I had never used a vertical press before and now like it more than the traditional leg press. It feels alot like bench-press having the weight right on top of you. Love this thing.

This vertical leg press is a solid piece of equipment. It allows you to have a great workout and you need half the weight that in a regular leg press. This is important due to the price of the plates. Exceptional quality and easy to assemble. I'm not sure I like the manual online to assemble it. A minor problem is that several of the part numbers on the manual and on the hardware pack are not the same. Anyway, great quad, hamstring, and glute activation. Also good for calf exercises and it gives great support to the lower back.

You can't beat this machine for the price! There was a bit of mislabeling on the parts and directions, but it's easy enough to sort out. Two things: it's a little wobbly at first, but once you get the right foot position it's very sturdy and stable. It does need some silicone lubricant out of the box, but that's to be expected. I'm 6'1 and it works great and it's compact design is perfect for my garage gym. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a good and affordable leg press.

The setup was relatively easy, though as several others noted, the hardware is mislabeled, at least using the manual that I downloaded from Titan’s web site (there was no manual or other instructions in the package). Oddly, one bolt was missing from the hardware in the package, so I scrounged up a replacement from my toolbox. The machine itself is compact, and at 6’2” I get a full range of motion. It is at least as good as a conventional leg press. As others have noted, it does need lubricant before initial use. I used silicone spray.

What can I say? Works well for what it is I just wish that they made the headrest adjustable. A few suggestions; lube the bars that go up and down and after you have assembled the machine you might have to tweak (adjust) the top bar (the bar that holds the weights) to the bars that go up and down to make it slide easier..

when I bought this I kept going back and forth because of the 400lb limit. Don’t let that fool you. I typically squat 405 for sets of 8-10 and on a regular leg press I normally have 1-12plates per side. Even with this machine maxed out is it tough. The angle is much different and the pump and feeling you get is awesome. I still want too buy the hack but for 300 bucks, this leg press is awesome. Doesn’t take up too much docs either. Just make sure you lube it once you assemble. Great job Titan!! There are other companies that have this same product for much more $.

I was really concerned I would be too tall for the machine. I am 6'3 and I CAN fully extend my legs. It is a little wobbly so I am working on finding the sweet spot. It really does depend on leg placement and it seems you need to have them set perfectly to get it smooth. I also have a band running from one handle, crossing over the top and down to the other handle. Just for a little different feel. It is not going to give you the same workout as a standard leg press but it works.

This is a great addition to my home gym, I have a power rack for squats but I missed the incline leg press at the gym for finishing burns of the quads. I was leery at first because of the price, all other leg press machine run into the thousands, but I took a chance, wow this press machine really works the legs, at less weight, my quads are burning after using it. Great machine at a great price and if you have back issues, then this takes the strain off of it. I have bought other titan products and so far all have proven to be outstanding.
