This vertical leg press is in my opinion superior to a regular leg press. You absolutely work hamstrings and quads better. The most important thing to remember is to make sure your back stays supported by the press. No need to go super heavy. In fact, I would discourage it. I have other Titan Fitness equipment. Titan Fitness continues to give better value "better bang for the buck" than other home gym equipment providers. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Thanks, Titan!

This machine works great. I have had no problems. Machine works knees to lower back and you also can do upside down calf raises. Recommended!

I have limited space and budget so a regular leg press is kind of out of the question. The base has 8 bolts securing it. I was only able to get 4 to line up but even so, it works great no issues. I'm happy with the product.

I dig it. It's comfortable and can handle a lot of weight.

The premise is great and the space saving is nice. But where I find it lacking is range of motion. I’m 5’6” with a 30” inseam and no matter where I position myself I can’t get a full range. If the backrest could raise up higher or the footplate had like an optional extension I’d give it 5 stars but I don’t get a full burn since my knees barely come close to my chest. Maybe if you’re 6’ then you’d get better depth.

I was unsure if I would like this, We love it for our home gym. I will do one leg press and the press moves very easy. Great also for calfs.

Solid, easy to assemble, small footprint. Build me some quads, cause squats suck.
