Well built, great change from the standard pull down bars. Hits the lats from a different angle.

I've enjoyed using this attachment for lat pulldowns. Seems like all the welds were done well, and the grip knurling is beneficial for pulling heavier loads. Be forewarned, it's a heavy, bulky and somewhat awkward attachment, so getting it up to the high vertical pulley and attaching might be difficult for shorter individuals and/or novice lifters. You also don't want to attach it unless you have some weight on the lat stack, being as this attachment is heavy enough to pull the stack up by itself if there's not enough weight on the other end. Once you have it attached and ready to go, you'll have lots of fun with this attachment!

Solid material and build. The handgrips could be alittle narrower to allow someone to use the bar for behind the head pull-downs or bring the bar closer to the upper chest during pull-downs. Other than finding the sweet spot angle to pull, it’s a awesome addition to the home gym.

Seems to be well made and is heavy. Wish it was domestically manufactured would be my only complaint.
