“Love it! Small footprint. Reading the reviews, some put it together quicker than I did but I'm not that mechanically inclined so about 1hour by myself. Quality is great. Only small drawback, as others have said, is the lack of resistance ai the bottom. Not really a big deal. Quality machine with a great price.”

“Works as intended, easy to put to together and feels solid. I use it mostly for hamstring isolation work. Ignore complaints about "lack of resistance" until halfway through the range of motion, with appropriate adjustment you get resistance through the whole movement. It may not be as consistent as a cable based machine but for the price and functionality of using plates I already own, it works well.”

“This is great for what it is. It’s plate loaded so if you buy it thinking it’s going to be exactly like the cable machines at the gym then you may be disappointed. However knowing what I was getting, I can say I’m very happy with it. It’s reasonably priced, has a small footprint in my home gym, has enough adjustments to be comfortable for my gym partner and myself to trade sets (I’m 5’7 and he is 6’) and was pretty simple to put together. For the ability to finally do extensions and hamstring curls at home, this machine was a steal in my opinion.”
