“I ordered this item thinking that it would be a great fit for my business. I own a personal training studio, I made several changes, got rid of my current bench press, and made the space for this new item. Only to find Broken pieces 2 missing parts! I waited for 3 weeks for them to finally get set to send me replacements. Only for TITAN to send me a $20 credit for my incontinence. I would not recommend this Item or this company.”

“Only giving 3 stars because the shipping was horrendous. Had to wait a month to receive my package because FedEx kept damaging the product so they would have to return it to Titan and Titan would have to send out a whole new one. Asked Titan for a discount due to this but they refused. Once I finally received it the package was still torn up bad. Pieces were damaged and scraped but the overall construction of the bench is great. Thing is built like a tank and very heavy. I’ve used both the Rogue 2x3 rack and the Titan and I would say they are exactly alike if not better. Everything I get from Titan has been great minus the shipping issues. People sleep on Titan and I lift in a commercial and home gym and Titan’s products are on par with all major expensive brands.”
