It's a stand. It holds things... Actually, the rollers where the bar sits aren't hard, which preserves the knurling on my olympic bar. Easy to put together. In hindsight, I should have gotten a stand that has a post to store the Linebacker attachment I got.

This heavy duty landmine stand provides support for heavy overhead lifts and squats so you don’t have to deadlift or clean off the floor. If you want to go really heavy stick with a power rack for safety. Combine with landmine attachments for squats and presses and Tbar attachments for rowing off the floor. It won’t replace a dedicated squat machine but offers great variety and fun to keep you motivated and to take a break from heavy lifting. Highly recommended.

This is a very sturdy heavy duty stand. I have used it many times already and it had no issues holding 240 lbs. The height is easily adjustable for multiple exercises.

Saves your back .. use it for hack squats and shoulder press.. allows u to load up the weight ..
