“The build quality is nice. The handle has a fat grip with aggressive knurling. The handle spins very smoothly on the rack mount. The only small problem I have is with the design. There is a pin that holds the lifting strap in place that causes the strap to have a hump when winding that affects resistance during the lift. Other than that I would recommend this product.”

“Smooth action and competent knurling, not so aggressive it shreds your hands but enough to feel like it won’t slip. Single complaint is that the bent plate used to mount to the rack uprights was over-bent and does not fit. Mounted to: Rogue Monster Lite (same post and hole size as X-3, in theory)”

“This item was advertised to fit a 3x3 rack which it does not, it only fits TItans 3x3 rack. Customer service was zero help, and when my emails and online chats were answered the only option they gave was for me to pay return shipping and restocking fee. I will not be purchasing any further equipment from Titan!”

“I’m using this on my Rogue Monster Lite 3x3 rack. The mount was extremely tight on my rack upright when I went to install it. It ripped some of the paint off my rack. So I put the mounting bracket in my vise and tugged on it a little to open up the space a little, it worked perfectly BUT now the hole is off center a little and won’t fit the 5/8” rack pin. I just use a band peg instead, works perfectly. The knurling is nice on the roller but not too aggressive. I removed the steel roller grips and greased them, they run smoother now. The only issue that I find annoying/troublesome is the nylon strap gets twisted sometimes and will roll up out of the straps channel. The strap is flimsy but it gets the job done. I’ll probably end up replacing the strap with something heavier, which will prevent it from twisting.”

“Works good but it offers no protection for my rack. Put a layer of duct tape on it before installing it so my racks finish would have some protection.”
