This is not the first wrist roller I've ever purchased, but it will be my last. This thing is over engineered and is built to last. Nice thick grip with just enough knurling to provide a good grip without tearing up your hands. Rotation is smooth and the strap keeps the weight from swinging around. Best part is being able to set it at shoulder height so you don't have to maintain an isometric front raise. Worst part is a loading pin is not included.

This is a pretty affordable and well made piece of equipment. Would buy again! This "does" fit a titan series rack. When mounted on the side there is a drop slot below the 1" holes that this fits into nicely.

The Titan Fitness wrist roller is a pretty darn good piece of equipment for auxiliary forearm work. The roller is not bearing mounted on a precision-turned shaft... but you also aren't paying several hundred dollars for that kind of equipment. The roller turns easily on the shaft and a coating of light grease during assembly will ensure smooth turning and zero squeaking (which is a complaint I read before I purchased mine). This is not a lightweight or flimsy piece of equipment, it is heavy and beefy! People complain about Titan rack accessories being a little undersized and this one is no exception. The wrist roller does not have UHMW plastic lining, so the steel attachment is tighter than other brands. I have a Body Solid 3" rack and the wrist roller fits the uprights snugly but is not causing any wear on the finish so far. The knurling on the handles is medium sharp, not so sharp as to draw blood but not passive... just right! If it slips in your hand while unrolling, it is not sharp enough to peel off skin! :-) The diameter is large so your forearms get a bit of a workout just by gripping and then you get a good workout when lifting the weight. The belt is wide and similar to seatbelt webbing, so it should last a long time. If the belt does wear out, the attachment allows for replacement. I also decided to use a short 6" loading pin for plates because I think it will help the belt last longer. The carabiner is a locking type and isn't great - mine would stick on opening and closing - so I replaced it with a standard non-locking carabiner. Overall, I would give this wrist roller 4-1/2 stars because it isn't perfect... but it is a good piece of equipment at a good price and just right for the average home gym.

I was going to make a wrist roller, but I couldnt make it for what I paid for this incredible little guy. Built very nice and super heavyduty construction. Rolls very smooth up and down. Best deal on the website!

I had 2 sent to me and neither of them would mount well on the uprights. The fitment was so tight, you have to force it on. There is no UHMW on the attachment, so IT WILL scuff and remove paint from the upright when you try to mount it on. Both handles had weld splatter and painted over where your hands will contact, so you have sharp bumps that dig into your skin as you use the roller. I do not recommend this until you improve quality.

Like all the products I have from Titan. This thing is heavy and robust! I used to use a DYI PVC pipe roller for about a year. This is not the first thing you would buy for a home gym, but like me, once you have the essentials and looking to add your tweaks, this won't disappoint. It's heavy as heck and overbuilt. Plus I don't have to do all the setup with the PVC like I used to. Just attach it and start rolling. Professional grade in every way and has knurling. I still use chalk though. You will love this. It doesn't sit perfectly on my monsterlite, but it still works great.

Yes this fits snuggly on the Rep 3x3 rack (I used a little UHMD tape to avoid it scratching the rack over time Yes it is great for the forearms, and is built extremely well. The package was delivered promptly, and safely protected all items extremely well. Two negatives, but still a five star review, the strap is a bit long, and Im 6'2", so you have to get creative to reduce it around weights, otherwise there's some lag at the end of each moment. And after a few weeks of use you may need to add oil to as it sqeaks a little. Overall I'd recommend this wrist roller for the rep 3x3 rack.
