“Simply put, this wrist roller is a must have for anyone who wants serious forearms. I use it, not as a finisher for an arm workout but as a staple stand alone workout five days a week. A little three in one oil and it rolls flawlessly. It fits perfectly on my x3 power rack and I can’t imagine not having it in my workouts. I’ve literally doubled the size of my forearms in the few months I’ve owned it. Thank you Titan for being my go to for all of my weight lifting needs!”

“The reason for 4 stars is there is know nylon to protect the X-3 Rack the J Hooks have the nylon to protect the paint finish. One time on and off you will scratch the rack. X-3 is the top of the line from Titan and the attachments should have better protection. Also grease the spline before installing the sleeve will work much smoother and no squeaking.”

“When I first got mine, I set it up and started making a high pitch squeal. I took the end off and slid the roller off the pin, put some grease on it then put it back on. Make sure the end collar is not too close to the roller or it will grind on it!”
