I have several items from Titan including my Rack and accessories and all have performed to my expectations but this is ones of the nicest pieces I have seen from Titan. If you are on the fence just pull the trigger, you won't be disappointed.

It was a bit tight initially but after some WD-40 and a dozen trips up and down with a 45lb kettlebell it’s action is smooth as silk. Solid, great buy, highly recommended.

I love it! I've never done a ton of wrist and forearm work directly. This gadget is a n excellent way add some pump and strength to the end of an arms workout.

The wrist roller is built to last. It fits perfectly on my 3X Squat Rack. The rolling action is smooth, the knurling is just right for tracking, and the grip size increases the amount work the forearms have to do.

Works great- I'm using it on the Ethos Bench Press (westside clone). It sits on the front right 3x3 upright permanently. No mods were necessary to have it fit. Maybe add some thick lubricant as it has a tendency to squeek as you turn it- not a huge deal.

I picked up the titan wrist roller to help with forearm development. The quality of this thing cannot be emphasized enough. It is very solid and heavy duty. Construction looks great, and the knurling is just right for me, plus it has a beefy carabiner included. I will continue looking at titan products for future purchases. Note: I am using this on a Fitness gear HR-600, and the holes lined up perfectly.

I have always made my own wrist rollers out of wooden dowels and rope. This piece is an absolute unit in comparison and I can't overstate just how nice it is to be able to have the weight pegged at eye level and letting the shoulders relax. This position let's you isolate the forearms while getting a full stretch and contraction, something you don't get when you do wrist curls with your arms held at your sides. One thing I was caught off guard by is the diameter. It is a 2 inch thick grip and says this in the description. It's actually a good thing and can only add to effectiveness. I'm really enjoying throwing these in while I'm in the gym doing active recovery. Final thing is mine did squeak a bit but a little 3 in 1 oil fixed that. I would definitely recommend this thing if you are a wrist roller fan and want a really well built and useful one.

I was about to pull the trigger on the Rogue Wrist Roller - Rack Mount at this time priced $105.95 not counting shipping versus this item at $74.99 free shipping. I am very happy I went with the Titan brand. first, the knurling is pretty solid - note: Rogue does not have any knurling and a common complaint on their website is if you go heavy it's hard to keep your grip. not a problem here w the Titan version. also this is pretty beefy, it is much heftier than I thought, it is not a flimsy DIY wrist roller. Although this is my fault for trying to Frankenstein this on my SML1 and sadly does not fit it still works great and I would recommend. the carabiner has a twist to lock mechanism and I wrapped it over a kettle bell - no issues. Substantially cheaper than the rogue version and this has knurling? go with Titan
