Unleash your inner warrior with the Plate-Loaded Leg Press and Hack Squat Machine. Explicitly designed to develop glutes, quads, calves, hamstrings, and core abdominal muscles, all in one freestanding machine. This lower-body strength training machine, constructed from durable steel, features large diamond-plated footplates, comfortable support padding for the lower back and shoulder areas, undercarriage dual-weight sleeves that fit Olympic-sized plates, and a weight carriage on commercial cast wheels traveling in a steel alloy linear rail channel. The wide diamond-plated footplate, mounted at the machine's base, allows various foot positions and angles to engage different muscle groups while hack squatting. The thick shoulder and back pads provide comfortable padding that will reduce strain and stress on your muscles as you bodybuild. The side rail handles dual as control handles and are set with three lockout positions to provide safety control and the option of different start/stop positions throughout either Leg Press or Hack Squat movements. To perform either exercise, fold in the handrails and when you are done with your set, fold them out to lock the carriage bar in place. Angled at 45-degrees, you can switch workouts in seconds by quickly flipping the back pad and dropping the leg press footplate for Hack Squats and vice-versa to return to a Leg Press position. This dedicated 2-in-1 machine is designed to accommodate athletes of all sizes and is the ultimate lower body strength training machine that combines leg press, hack squat, forward thrust, and calf raises.

This was a lot easier to put together than I thought it would be. Fully unboxed and put together in less than an hour. Super smooth operation and easy to adjust from hack squat to leg press. If you’re going to splurge on one piece of equipment this is the one.

The machine is very heavy so I was concerned with how it would be shipped. The shipping crate came in like Fort Knox. It was a well built wood crate so zero damage. The quality of the machine is top notch. Powder coat is uniform with no blemishes. I built the machine by myself, but it would be best to have some help since the parts are so heavy. The machine functions well and as advertised. The only down side and the reason I gave it 4 stars is the assembly instructions. They are terrible. Wrong part numbers referenced and some steps have to be undone to complete assembly. The drawing didn’t always match the instructions. For such a nice machine this should b fixed today.

Relatively easy to assemble (use the pictures, not the text!). This is a heavy machine, so make sure you have help bringing the parts to the assembly location. Once assembled (took me about 4 hours solo as a 64-year old female), it is a smooth working, safe machine. Lots of videos out there to help get the most out of variable stances and foot positions. I am a newbie to this type of equipment and am fully engaged in its use after a week.

Worth every penny to have the dual hack and press. Bigger than I thought it would be, but works amazing. Highly Reccomended.

I look forward to leg days now with this machine. The model I received holds weight underneath the sled rather than the wide bars pictured. This helps reduce the space needed. One criticism is that a piece that holds up the seat back and a couple of threaded holes were quite rusty. For almost $2000, I don't want to be delivered rusty hardware.
