Unleash your inner warrior with the Plate-Loaded Leg Press and Hack Squat Machine. Explicitly designed to develop glutes, quads, calves, hamstrings, and core abdominal muscles, all in one freestanding machine. This lower-body strength training machine, constructed from durable steel, features large diamond-plated footplates, comfortable support padding for the lower back and shoulder areas, undercarriage dual-weight sleeves that fit Olympic-sized plates, and a weight carriage on commercial cast wheels traveling in a steel alloy linear rail channel. The wide diamond-plated footplate, mounted at the machine's base, allows various foot positions and angles to engage different muscle groups while hack squatting. The thick shoulder and back pads provide comfortable padding that will reduce strain and stress on your muscles as you bodybuild. The side rail handles dual as control handles and are set with three lockout positions to provide safety control and the option of different start/stop positions throughout either Leg Press or Hack Squat movements. To perform either exercise, fold in the handrails and when you are done with your set, fold them out to lock the carriage bar in place. Angled at 45-degrees, you can switch workouts in seconds by quickly flipping the back pad and dropping the leg press footplate for Hack Squats and vice-versa to return to a Leg Press position. This dedicated 2-in-1 machine is designed to accommodate athletes of all sizes and is the ultimate lower body strength training machine that combines leg press, hack squat, forward thrust, and calf raises.

Does what it needs to do, not great, but very good quality, for the money. A few improvements would make it great. However, the value for the money is very good.

I love this thing. But let me get out of my feels for a second and be objective. 1: Have a friend to help you put this together (as well as a socket wrench/ratchet) 2: The sled comes assembled, which is great, is approximately 115lbs (hence the need for a friend) but in order to fully assemble the machine, the bottom cross bar has to be disassembled in order for it to fit into the base (just an FYI). 3: I’m 6’5”. If wearing shoes while doing hack squat, I am an inch or two shy of full range of motion, but it’s still a great lift. 4: If you’ve read other reviews, you’ve noticed a similar theme regarding the instructions only being online and can be hard to see. The instructions DID NOT INCLUDE the cross shoulder pad assembly, but it’s toward the end and I was able to figure it out. The hardware comes in a vacuum sealed, “labeled by step” pack-which I like, but in the last steps, it calls for a bolt (65) that does not exist. It turned out to be the 64 bolt. Again, it is a typo that could be cleaned up to save the consumer from having to figure it out but it didn’t stop us from getting the assembly complete. 5: The pin to lock in the foot plate for leg press or to release it for hack squats sticks when it’s in the hack squat configuration. It doesn’t stick when it’s in the leg press configuration. Just the hack squat. I’ve overcome this by using a rubber mallet and rod to loosen it. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this as well. It is not a deal breaker for me but something to mention. 6: This is my 9th piece of equipment from Titan. I am a very happy Titan Fit customer. The quality for the price is very attractive. I recommend Titan to anyone I know setting up their home gym. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because I’d like to see improvements to the instructions for assembly, as well as the other things mentioned. Those types of typos and omissions can cause a lot of anxiety for an otherwise awesome product. This has completed my home gym. It is an awesome piece of equipment and I would recommend it. Just make sure you have the space for when it shows up in a semi truck. It is a large package.

There was no instructions on how to put it together. Once we figured out how it went together it is a very fun machine

I was worried I would be too tall. On the squat position, I still have about an inch of play left on the top of the rail (even more if you widen your stance to the end of the foot platform.

Product is sturdy and wasn't too hard to put together. My husband loves it and his only complaint is the press platform could be wider. For me, I'm only 5 ft so I have to put a cushion down in order to get deep stretch on the press. The padding for the hack squat portion are a little small so I wish that was bigger and longer so I could do reverse hack squats. Maybe suggest changing those up or being able to order bigger parts for that.
