Safely perform squats, bench presses, shoulder shrugs and more — This Smith machine has a weight capacity of 600 LB and a linear bearing design that enables athletes of all levels to lift heavier loads while maintaining proper form, minimizing the risk of injury. Two adjustable safety catches act as reliable spotters, allowing you to push your limits without compromising safety. Additionally, two J-hook plates with 8 drop positions ensure an optimal setup for each movement.

Included is a fixed barbell featuring knurling and 12.5" of loadable Olympic-sized ribbed weight sleeves. The machine also provides eight 8" Olympic weight storage posts for a well-organized home gym. An internal counterweight adds versatility, allowing exercises with resistance less than the weight of the barbell.

This comprehensive machine incorporates a multi-grip pull-up bar for added variety and four 4.25" resistance band pegs. Attach any style band to reduce joint stress and perform exercises like speed squats or speed bench presses, enhancing explosive strength and speed.

First point - assembly was much easier than I expected, 2 guys 2 hours from crate. I have not had this machine long. with the pandemic and reluctance to go to the gym bring the gym home. Very smooth, like a commercial machine in a gym. It calls to my from the patio to come and push. i am happy with my purchase,

The quality of this smith machine is impressive. I bought a T3 rack from Titan Fitness back when that was pretty much all they made. It was a good rack but the craftsmanship and specifically the paint job was not the best. I have since replaced that rack, but my wife really wanted a smith machine for herself. I was curious how this would be but I have to agree with the other reviews. This is a great buy if you are looking for a smith machine. It has a counter weight mechanism to assist it in sliding smoothly. The bar is surprisingly fairly deeply knurled and similar to a regular Olympic bar you would find in a gym (cheapest bar, no center kneeling, ribbed sleeves). Some smith machines I have used in the past (Hammer Strength) have a ridiculously thick bar with no knurling and they are typically so large you can’t fit them in your basement. It was annoying that it didn’t cone with a printed copy of the assembly instructions. It will definitely take two people for you to put it together. If assembling in doors with a low ceiling (basement) you will want to skip to step 2 (inserting sliding bar on rods) before completing step 1 (installing front/rear braces to side frames). The smith machine will have to ship freight on a pallet so be aware of that. When the carrier calls you to set up a shipment date be aware that you may need to plan how the driver will get the pallet off of the truck if you are delivering to a residential address (ask for a Tommy lift on the truck delivering it). Titan if you ever make a “V2” of this machine I would recommend making the plate storage holders spread apart more than 450 mm so you can use all three on a side for bumper plates (kudos for at least mentioning this issue on in your unit specification though), add another plate holder near top of unit for change plates, and then it would be nice to have a pull-up bar on the back side rather than the decorative arched brace.
